It’s a special year here at The Association Management Company (The AMC) where we’re celebrating 15 years of helping associations grow bigger, better and brighter! Having spent some time reflecting on those years, there is one thing that stands out to us – our growth and development is down to helping our clients do the same.

This is at the core of what we do and when recent events prompted many associations, federations and societies to think about how they operate, it’s why they turned to us for additional support or complete outsourcing.

Since the beginning of the pandemic The AMC has grown rapidly, leading us to invest in new systems and, of course, our fantastic team who are crucial to delivering a first-class service.

The AMC is now made-up of 13 membership and functional specialists, boasting an average length of service of seven years. We are proud that in our 15 years we have seen just two members of the team move on – one into retirement and one who wished to pursue other interests. Keeping such talent and expertise is crucial to our success.

Another aspect we are especially proud of is that we have never lost a client. We see this as a testament to the fantastic service we provide to them, their members and the sectors they serve. This is not by chance – our values drive our approach to our team, each other and our clients.

2022 is shaping up to be another exciting and busy year with the onboarding of a new client and the return of a major exhibition which we plan and manage for our longest serving client.
