Whether they are virtual or face-to-face, meetings are an essential part of managing an association’s activity.
We’ll ensure that there is a clear reason to hold a meeting, that there is an agenda, and write and/or collate supporting papers. We typically send supporting documentation well in advance so the meeting is more effective and volunteer time is used wisely. If required, we prepare minutes and actions that correctly reflect what was said and agreed.
Our project management system ensures that we follow-up all actions we are responsible for on time and gently prompt others to make sure they meet the agreed deadlines too.
